Return policy
We want you to love your RainbowZ piece. Unworn, undamaged items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email hello@rainbowz.com with your order number
- We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces cannot be returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
