If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Notify us by email at hello@rainbowz.com within the 14-day period. Return the item in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Custom or personalized items may be excluded from withdrawal where applicable by law.
